Junior Moving Sales Representative

Sanders Moving & Warehouse has been Nashville's trusted name in moving for over 130 years and a proud Allied Van Lines agent for more than 55. We're growing our sales team and looking for a hungry, coachable Junior Moving Sales Representative ready to build a real career in field sales.

This is an outside sales role. You'll meet customers in their homes, walk through their space to perform on-site surveys, and build accurate estimates right there with the homeowner, turning a kitchen-table conversation into a booked move.

You'll get a head start with warm, inbound leads from customers already interested in moving with us. But the best reps don't just wait for the phone to ring — you'll also build your own book of business by developing relationships with realtors, real estate brokers, and other partners in the residential industry who send referrals your way.

What you'll do

• Perform in-home surveys (walkthroughs) and deliver estimates on-site with the homeowner operating our user-friendly moving software
• Work warm inbound leads and schedule survey appointments
• Build your own pipeline through realtor, broker, and residential-industry referral partners
• Build clear, accurate quotes for local, interstate, and international moves
• Follow up, answer questions, and close the sale
• Keep everything organized in our CRM
• Partner with operations to deliver a smooth, white-glove experience

What we're looking for

• A real drive to learn, succeed, and earn — we hire attitude over experience
• Professional and confident in a customer's home, building trust face-to-face
• A self-starter who loves meeting people and creating their own opportunities
• Confident, friendly communication on the phone and in person
• Organized, responsive, and reliable
• Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new tools
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record (you'll be on the road daily)
• Available full-time in Nashville, with flexibility for some evening/weekend surveys during busy season

Nice to have (not required): sales or customer service experience, existing real estate/realtor connections, or familiarity with the moving and home services industry.
