Front Desk Agent-Boutique Midtown Hotel

Step into one of Midtown’s most vibrant boutique hotels — the Sanctuary Hotel NYC — where luxury meets personality. We’re looking for a warm, polished, and genuinely guest-focused professional to join our Front Office team.

What you’ll be doing

• Welcome guests with authentic hospitality and effortless professionalism.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with accuracy, charm, and poise.
• Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to personalize each stay.
• Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain the lobby atmosphere and hotel presentation with pride and care.

What you bring to the table

• Prior hotel front desk or guest service experience required (1+ year).
• Familiarity with hotel systems (Opera, OnQ, or similar) preferred.
• Polished appearance and professional communication skills.
• Friendly, confident, and calm under pressure.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
