We are seeking Tech Sales Representatives based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) to pitch and close cutting-edge AI & Automation services to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). We help business owners automate repetitive tasks, streamline operations, and integrate AI into their daily workflows.

This is a 100% commission-based, independent contractor position with a very short sales cycle. If you are a disciplined closer who wants to sell a high-demand tech solution with uncapped earning potential and flexible remote hours, this is your opportunity.

What You Will Do:

• Hunt & Close: Prospect, pitch, and close SMB clients within the GTA and across Canada using phone, email, and video demos.
• Demystify AI: Conduct consultative discovery calls to show SMB owners exactly how AI and automation can save them hours of manual labor and thousands of dollars.
• Manage the Pipeline: Own your entire sales cycle from cold outreach to signed service agreement.
• Work Autonomously: Act as your own CEO, managing your remote schedule and pipeline efficiently.

More on Compensation:

Our typical implementation projects range from CAD $3,000–$15,000, with recurring monthly services ranging from CAD $300–$2,500+.

You will earn:

• 20% commission on implementation/setup fees.
• 10% recurring commission on monthly services (subject to the terms of the Independent Contractor Agreement).
• No earning cap.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of outbound B2B sales experience (SaaS, tech, digital agency, or telecom sales preferred).
• AI Curiosity: You don't need a computer science degree, but you must be tech-savvy and excited to talk about AI, ChatGPT, workflow tools, and automation.
• SMB Focus: A proven track record of booking meetings and closing deals with small-to-medium business owners.
• Contractor Mindset: Highly disciplined, resilient, and fully comfortable with a 100% performance-based payout structure.
• Location: Must live within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
• Tools: A reliable laptop, high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
