About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The Agentforce for Service design team sits at the intersection of AI innovation and enterprise experience, shaping how service professionals and their customers interact with the world's leading CRM platform. As a Lead Product Designer, you are a trusted cross-functional leader known for delivering scalable, user-centered solutions across the most complex product spaces in Agentforce for Service.
You operate independently to guide large-scale programs, applying deep UX expertise, craft, and product strategy to align design with business outcomes. You partner with senior leadership, influencing product- and function-level roadmaps by surfacing insights, clarifying ambiguity, and fostering strong partnerships across Product and Engineering. With deep empathy for the user, you act as a relentless advocate for their needs in every experience we ship.
You aren't just designing tools; you are setting the standard for great experiences at the frontier of AI for Service.
- Define and drive the design vision for your area, translating business objectives and user needs into a clear, prioritized direction across workstreams — and influencing roadmap and scope as a strategic peer to Product and Engineering leaders.
- Relentlessly simplify complex systems, leveraging modern design patterns and emerging technologies to raise the bar for UX quality, while evolving Salesforce Design System (SLDS2) patterns to drive consistency, scalability, and reuse across the portfolio.
- Partner with Research to synthesize insights into experience maps, journeys, and narratives that shape product direction on a rapid, iterative loop.
- Raise the bar across the team through design critique, pairing, and mentorship — setting the example for craft and AI tools, and helping designers grow through influence rather than authority.
- You have 7+ years of experience designing and delivering products in cross-functional teams, with a track record of owning design for a significant product area and driving alignment across multiple workstreams.
- You have a deep understanding of AI and its applications in workflow, with mastery of user-centered design methods, research, and usability testing — and a passion for staying current with industry developments.
- You have the ability to influence others and build consensus across teams while navigating ambiguity, and experience working in design systems with a deep appreciation for simple solutions to complex problems.
- You have expert knowledge of design and AI productivity tools such as Figma, Figma Make, and Cursor.
- You have experience with CRM or enterprise software.
- You have a passion for mentoring designers and elevating craft across a team.
