What You’ll Do
🔥 Own the full sales cycle
- Prospect, qualify, develop, and close net-new business opportunities across Canada
- Build and execute a strategic go-to-market plan for your territory
- Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, networking, and referrals
📈 Grow and expand accounts
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers
- Build multi-threaded relationships across IT, operations, leadership, and procurement
- Continuously assess customer environments to uncover new opportunities
🤝 Be a trusted advisor
- Position a broad portfolio of technology solutions including infrastructure, services, SaaS, and security offerings
- Deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate business value
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and channel partners to craft winning solutions
🎯 Drive execution
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking in Salesforce
- Move opportunities efficiently through the funnel with urgency and discipline
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
What You Bring
✔ 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B technology sales experience
✔ Proven success in full-cycle sales with net-new business generation
✔ Experience selling hardware, managed services, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or related technology solutions
✔ Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation skills
✔ Confidence engaging stakeholders from individual contributors to executive leadership
✔ Experience working with channel partners to drive revenue
✔ Strong Salesforce discipline and forecasting accuracy
✔ High energy, self-direction, and an entrepreneurial mindset
✔ Willingness to travel within the GTHA and occasionally across Canada
