Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues (LAN/Wi-Fi)
  • Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions
  • Handle IT asset management and maintain inventory records
  • Support remote users using remote access tools
  • Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment servicing
  • Ensure timely system updates, backups, and security compliance
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees (system setup, email, access)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and troubleshooting tools
  • Good understanding of printers, scanners, and peripheral devices
  • Basic knowledge of antivirus and endpoint security
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on experience in desktop support, system troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure management
  • Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
