Job Description

Ce que tu vas faire

• Collaborer avec des clients externes ainsi qu'avec l'équipe d'ingénierie, l'équipe applications, l'équipe commerciale et l'équipe opérations à l'échelle mondiale
• Répondez aux questions des clients, diagnostiquez les problèmes, comprenez les exigences et élaborez des solutions tout en offrant un excellent service client – Ravir nos clients est essentiel !
• Fournir une expertise technique sur site et des démonstrations sur demande
• Fournir une formation technique et de la documentation aux clients, aux ventes, aux partenaires et aux pairs
• Fournir des contributions sur le terrain à la gestion de produit en termes d'exigences client/application, d'utilisabilité client et de point de vue service
• Voyages potentiels, tant au niveau national qu'international
• • Collaborate with outside customers as well as the engineering team, applications team, sales team and operations team globally
• Answer customer questions, diagnose problems, understand requirements and devise solutions while providing excellent customer service- Delighting our customers is key!
• Provide on-site technical expertise and demonstrations upon request
• Provide technical education and documentation to customers, sales, partners and peers
• Provide field input to Product Management in terms of customer/application requirements, customer usability and service viewpoint
• Potential travel, both domestically and internationally

Job Requirements

Ce que tu apportes à Safran

• Connaissances techniques en systèmes logiciels, Linux et Python
• Mélange orienté système Technologies matérielles et logicielles
• Écrire en Python / C++
• Idéalement, la connaissance du GNSS
• Idéalement des connaissances techniques en radiofréquence
• Forte orientation vers le service client
• Capacité à collaborer et à fournir des informations techniques détaillées en langage clair avec clarté
• Capacité à collaborer de façon inter-fonctionnelle et inter-localisation, et à s'amuser en le faisant !
• • Technical knowledge in software sytems, Linux and Python
• System oriented mixing Hardware and Software technologies
• Writing in Python / C++
• Ideally knowledge about GNSS
• Ideally technical knowledge in Radio Frequency
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to collaborate and deliver detailed technical information in plain language with clarity
• Ability to collaborate cross functionally and cross location and have fun while doing it!
