Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store & Dispatch Executive to manage inventory, warehouse operations, and timely dispatch of finished goods in a food manufacturing setup. The role ensures proper stock handling, adherence to food safety standards, and efficient coordination with production, logistics, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Store Management:

• Maintain accurate records of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO practices, especially for perishable food products.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Ensure proper storage conditions as per food safety and quality standards.

Dispatch & Logistics:

• Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules based on orders.
• Coordinate with transporters for timely delivery.
• Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, etc.
• Ensure correct labeling, packaging, and loading of goods.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.

Coordination:

• Work closely with production, QA/QC, and sales teams for order fulfillment.
• Ensure dispatches meet customer requirements and timelines.
• Communicate stock status and dispatch updates to relevant teams.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Maintain documentation as per FSSAI and company standards.
• Ensure warehouse hygiene and safety practices.
• Follow SOPs related to storage and dispatch operations.

Skills & Requirements

• Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with FIFO/FEFO and batch tracking.
• Basic understanding of food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP is an advantage).
• Experience with ERP systems or inventory software.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
