Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Producer role based in Gurugram.

The Junior

Producer will be responsible for supporting the production team in planning and executing film and media projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing budgets, collaborating with multiple departments, overseeing logistics, and assisting with pre-production, shooting, and post-production activities. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Project management, organizational, and budgeting skills to manage schedules, resources, and workflows efficiently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with directors, writers, videographers, and other production team members.
• Creativity and problem-solving abilities to contribute ideas and address challenges during all phases of production.
• Strong Research and design skills.
• Familiarity with film production tools, editing software, and processes in pre-production and post-production.
• Proactive mindset, willingness to work in a dynamic environment, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for storytelling, media production, and creating impactful content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field.
• Prior experience or internships in media production is an advantage.
