Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Associate Creative Producer.

The Associate Creative

Producer will oversee project timelines, coordinate with creative teams, and contribute to content development.

Responsibilities include brainstorming ideas, script review, managing pre-production and production workflows, and ensuring the content aligns with Saadhvish Films' vision. The role requires collaboration with multiple departments to meet deadlines and drive the creation of high-quality projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Coordination and Production Management
• Experience in Script Review, Creative Development, and Concept Ideation
• Ability to manage workflows in Pre-production, Production, and Post-production
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Understanding of visual storytelling, creative trends, and content strategy
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools, software, and equipment
• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Mass Communication, or a related field
• Prior experience in media production or creative roles is advantageous
• Punctual and adheres to organization's rules and time structures
