SRE / Production Support Engineer

S4 Analytics LLC is seeking an experienced SRE/Production Support Engineer with strong DevOps exposure to manage and support large-scale eCommerce platforms in high-availability, high-transaction environments. The role involves strong incident management experience and hands-on experience with monitoring tools and production systems.

Responsibilities

• 7+ years of IT experience with strong exposure to production systems and 24×7 support environments
• Hands-on experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and DevOps practices
• Extensive support experience in large-scale eCommerce platforms
• Strong incident management experience including L1/L2 support, RCA, and complex production troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools: New Relic (APM, alerts, dashboards, performance monitoring) and Splunk
• Operational knowledge of Angular applications (monitoring & troubleshooting)
• Experience with CouchDB / Couchbase or other NoSQL databases
• Strong understanding of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and runtime diagnostics
• Strong scripting/programming expertise for automation and backend support
