Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Lead Consultant with strong expertise in at least two SuccessFactors modules. The candidate will be responsible for leading implementations, gathering business requirements, configuring solutions, and ensuring successful delivery of SuccessFactors projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Configure and implement at least two SuccessFactors modules based on business needs.
- Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations with clients.
- Manage data migration, system testing, and deployment activities.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
- Ensure system optimization, best practices, and compliance.
- Guide and mentor junior consultants and team members.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong experience in any 2 SuccessFactors modules, such as:
- Employee Central
- Recruiting & Onboarding
- Performance & Goals
- Compensation
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- Succession & Development
- Experience in system configuration, business rules, and workflows.
- Knowledge of Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and data migration.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations with SAP or third-party systems.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in relevant modules.
- Experience in multiple full lifecycle implementations.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
