Senior Project Manager, Technology

As a Technical Project Manager cum Scrum Master at RXO, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing technical projects with a focus on agile methodologies. Here's what you can expect in this role:

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring project progress effectively to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality deliverables. Your role will also involve establishing standard processes for Scrum across teams, creating daily progress reports, and owning Scrum master responsibilities such as facilitating scrum ceremonies and fostering a self-organizing team culture.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Plan, execute, and monitor project progress effectively
• Establish standard processes for Scrum across teams
• Create daily progress reports and share them with stakeholders
• Own Scrum master responsibilities, including facilitating scrum ceremonies and removing impediments
• Communicate technical concepts and project updates to stakeholders
• Own release management processes and handle required tasks
• Plan and schedule releases, coordinate deployment activities, manage release lifecycle, risk and issue management, communication and stakeholder alignment, quality assurance and compliance, and continuous improvement
• *Qualifications Required:**
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Minimum two years of relevant experience in project management
• Strong problem-solving skills to address project challenges and facilitate solutions
• Proficiency in time management to manage project timelines and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to identify and manage risks within projects
• Excellent communication skills to manage relationships with stakeholders
• Adaptability to changing project requirements and constraints
• Commitment to continuous improvement through retrospectives and process refinement
• Minimum four years' experience as an IT Project Manager leading with Agile methodology
• Development experience in .NET and other backend technologies
• Familiarity with SDLC applications like Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, and MS Excel
• Proficiency in Agile principles and practices, particularly the Scrum framework
• Relevant certification would be a plus
