Job Title: UX Designer

Location: Toronto, ON (ONSITE)

Pay Rate: $75/hr - $80/hr (CAD)

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-centric interfaces and overall product experiences
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and prototypes
• Iterate designs based on feedback and data insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects
• Proficiency in tools like Figma and Adobe XD
• Solid understanding of user research methods and design principles
• Ability to communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders
• Experience in agile environments and iterative design processes
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
