Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in hardware support, network administration, and CCTV surveillance management. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, network security, and continuous monitoring of surveillance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Hardware & IT Asset Management:

Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals.

Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and system issues.

Maintain IT asset inventory, upgrades, and hardware lifecycle planning.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for hardware procurement and maintenance.

Network Administration:

Design, configure, and manage LAN, WAN, VLAN, and enterprise network infrastructure.

Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and network security policies.

Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, and uptime.

Troubleshoot advanced network issues and connectivity problems.

Implement VPN access and remote network solutions.

CCTV & Security System Management:

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems, IP cameras, DVR/NVR.

Monitor video surveillance systems and recording backups.

Manage remote monitoring and access control systems.

Ensure security compliance and data protection for surveillance systems.

System Administration:

Install and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, and enterprise applications.

Perform system backups, security patches, and disaster recovery planning.

Manage user access, permissions, and security policies.

IT Support & Team Leadership:

Provide technical guidance to junior IT staff.

Ensure quick resolution of IT issues across departments.

Maintain technical documentation and IT infrastructure reports.

Plan and implement IT infrastructure upgrades and improvements.

Required Skills

Advanced knowledge of Computer Hardware & Troubleshooting

Strong expertise in Networking (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN)

Experience with Router, Switch, Firewall Configuration

Hands-on experience with CCTV, IP Cameras, DVR/NVR Systems

Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and system security

Understanding of network monitoring tools and IT infrastructure management

Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
