What is the Opportunity?
Digital Connectivity Product Manager within RBC Capital Markets US Cash Management team will be responsible for building out and enhancing client connectivity solutions including Host to Host, SWIFT, API, and ERP integration products.
What will you do?
- Articulate vision and operational delivery for Connectivity solutions as part of RBC Clear OKRs
- Build the strategy & execution plan for RBC Clear Channels, working with Technology and other cross functional partners
- Set up an overall ecosystem for technical integrations and co-create a frictionless one-click technical implementation User Experience (UX); actively partner with product organizations and clients to identify implementations' pain points and execute delivery of those solutions
- Design seamless enterprise solutions for onboarding RBC Clear channels, RFP responses, client presentations/visits, client solution scoping and c, data formats/mapping testing, integration, documentation pre- and post-sales
- Establish processes and procedures to scope and solution, set up assurance / training / testing programs to ensure successful product implementations
- Execute on day-to day product management tasks including requirement building, problem resolution, solution research, business analysis, and SDLC lifecycle for development.
- Be the link between the client need and the technical build across Cash Management solutions.
What do you need to succeed?
- Experience as leading practitioner and managing digital, fintech and SaaS products
- Strong understanding of Cash Management /Treasury product implementations, host to host/API solutions (file formats/connectivity protocols such as SWIFT FileAct, SFTP)
- Strong understanding of Cash Management Products such as ACH, RTP, FX, Check
- Strong understanding of formats including ISO XML, NACHA, JSON, and other industry standards
- Demonstrated client/product experience working at a financial institution and delivering seamless digital experiences
- Experience having worked in agile environments
- Strong stakeholder management, ability to collaborate closely across our cross-functional team to bring the voice of the customer/represent the business needs/requirements to them
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders; A "can do" attitude; be able to adjust quickly to changes
- Strong understanding of Corporate Banking and/or Transaction Banking; digital banking products
- Ability to operate in a fluid, rapidly changing environment

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $1150,000 - $135,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
