What will you do?

• Help drive our daily communication to advisors – morning and mid-day newsletters, conference call
• Triage incoming inquiries from advisors
• Help address questions using Bloomberg, FactSet, and other sources
• Help manage our portfolio review process
• Curate investment strategy, market, and equity research
• Undertake a stock pitch to the broader team
• Adhoc projects
• Help identify opportunities to improve/refine/automate our processes

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Good communication skills – written and oral
• Very strong excel skills
• An interest in learning more about investments – equities, fixed income, active, passive
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced dynamic environment that is constantly changing
• Collaborative, team oriented

Nice-to-have

• French speaking is a bonus
• Coding/programming experience – Python, VBA, Dash, SQL
• Experience with applications such as FactSet, Bloomberg, Tableau, R
