Role Description The Kitchen Food Server is a full-time, on-site role based in Medipalli, responsible for serving meals to staff and ensuring a clean, efficient food service environment. Daily tasks include setting up the dining area, portioning and serving food and beverages, and assisting with basic food preparation as needed. The role involves maintaining hygiene standards, cleaning serving areas, and handling utensils and equipment safely. The Kitchen Food Server interacts with employees and visitors, responds to meal requests, and supports the kitchen team in restocking supplies and organizing food service schedules.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills to interact courteously with staff and respond to meal requests.
• Experience or familiarity with food & beverage and food service operations, including safe handling and basic hygiene practices.
• Basic cooking skills or willingness to learn simple food preparation tasks under guidance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, handle moderate physical activity, and follow safety and cleanliness standards.
• Prior experience in a cafeteria, restaurant, or institutional kitchen is an advantage.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Medipalli and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; training in food safety or hygiene is a plus.
