Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Spanish-language communications, creative writing, copywriting, or localization
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish
  • Exceptional grammar, spelling, proofreading, and editing skills in both languages
  • Experience adapting English copy into customer-focused Spanish messaging
  • Understanding of the US Hispanic market and multicultural communication best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a Hispanic marketing agency or multicultural in-house team
  • Experience supporting financial services or another regulated industry

Bilingual Spanish Copywriter and Content Specialist

A leading financial services organization is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Copywriter and Content Specialist to support the development and adaptation of customer-facing marketing content for Hispanic audiences.

This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about language, customer experience, and multicultural marketing. The successful candidate will collaborate with marketing, legal, compliance, and creative teams to ensure Spanish-language content reflects the company’s brand voice while remaining culturally relevant, engaging, and compliant. You will contribute to a wide range of web and print projects, from updating digital product pages to helping shape full customer experiences for Spanish-speaking audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Review, edit, and approve translated marketing content for accuracy, tone, and brand consistency
  • Ensure Spanish-language content reflects a clear, conversational, and engaging customer experience
  • Collaborate with legal and linguistic teams to implement regulatory and stylistic updates
  • Maintain consistency across web, print, video, and digital content
  • Provide guidance on Hispanic marketing insights and inclusive communication practices
  • Support the development and maintenance of Spanish-language brand style guidelines
  • Partner with English copywriters and cross-functional teams on marketing initiatives
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to process improvements
