Sales Development Representative / Setter - German Market

You are the tip of the spear. Your job: call German HR decision-makers, introduce our german based SaaS, and book appointments — both product demos where the software is presented and direct closing meetings where deals get signed. Leads are provided to you every day. You do not research or generate them yourself. Your entire focus is on the conversation.

This is not a dead-end junior role. It is the mandatory first chapter of every sales career here -- no exceptions. Everyone starts as a Setter. This is where you master the German business language, learn the market inside out, and develop the resilience that separates average salespeople from great ones. From here, the path leads to Closer, Account Manager, and beyond.

What You Will Do

• Outbound Calls to Germany: You call HR decision-makers at German companies — Personaler, Geschäftsführer, HR-Leiter — and pitch our multiposting software.
• Book Demos & Closing Appointments: Your goal is to qualify prospects and book product demo appointments where the software is presented, as well as direct closing meetings where deals get signed.
• Leads Are Provided: You receive qualified leads daily. No prospecting, no LinkedIn research, no lead generation. 100% focus on conversations.
• German Language Training: Weekly structured training sessions plus daily practice on the phone. Pronunciation, business vocabulary, objection handling in German — we invest in your language skills.

Who You Are

• German B2 Minimum: Certified or demonstrably at B2 level. You will be speaking German all day. This is non-negotiable.
• No Sales Experience Required: We train you from scratch. What we cannot train is hunger, resilience, and the willingness to pick up the phone again after a “Nein.”
• Fast-Track for C1 Speakers: Already at C1 level with relevant experience? You may qualify for a shortened Setter phase and an accelerated path to Closer. We recognise what you bring to the table.
• Communicative & Resilient: You enjoy talking to people. You don’t take rejection personally. Most calls end with “Nein” — your best quality is that you dial the next number anyway.
• On-Site in Kakkand, Kochi: This is a full-time, on-site role. No remote, no hybrid. Sales energy is built on the floor, not behind a screen at home.
• Working Hours — German Timezone: You work aligned with German business hours. That means approximately 12:00–21:00 IST (8:30–17:30 CET). Your prospects are in Germany — you call when they are at their desks.
