About the Role
We’re not looking for someone to just “post content.”
We’re looking for someone who can build a digital presence that generates real leads.
RonOvations is a growing roofing and exterior construction company operating across three provinces. Right now, most of our business comes from referrals and insurance partners — your job is to change that.
If you understand how content turns into calls, messages, and booked jobs, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and grow our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Create and post 4–5 pieces of content per week (Reels, posts, videos)
- Build and update WordPress pages (service pages, landing pages, blogs)
- Create before/after content, job site videos, and educational posts
- Plan and execute YouTube content (2 videos/month minimum)
- Run and monitor Meta Ads campaigns
- Respond to messages and flag lead opportunities
- Track performance and improve based on data
This is a hands-on role — you will be creating, posting, and testing content regularly.

What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of digital marketing or content creation experience
- Strong social media skills (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Comfortable using WordPress (editing pages, posting blogs)
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
- Ability to create content that actually gets attention
- Organized, self-driven, and consistent
Bonus if you have
- Experience in home services / construction
- YouTube channel experience
- Experience running Meta Ads
- Basic photography or on-site content experience
Compensation
- $52,000 – $72,000 CAD per year
- Performance bonuses tied to growth and leads
