THE ROLE

We are hiring a Transformation Associate to partner directly with our Chief Innovation Officer on the most strategic initiatives shaping how Rogo scales inside the world's largest financial institutions. This is a high-visibility, jack-of-all-trades role at the intersection of strategy, customer transformation, and AI rollout.

Day one, you will be a true generalist: managing projects, building decks, structuring analyses, and sitting in rooms with senior executives at Rogo and our clients. Over time, this role is the foundation of Rogo's emerging Transformation team - a group that will help the world's leading financial institutions transform themselves in the age of AI.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Partner directly with the Chief Innovation Officer on strategic initiatives spanning enterprise expansion, partnerships, and AI transformation programs
• Drive embedded deployments of Rogo / Felix inside flagship financial institutions - supporting the path from thousands of power users to firmwide rollouts across hundreds of thousands of employees
• Help build and execute Rogo's joint go-to-market motion with strategic consulting partners, to co-serve banks, asset managers, and other financial institutions
• Design and operate AI upskilling and reskilling curricula
• Structure ambiguous, strategic problems into clear workstreams - and then run them: building project plans, owning deliverables, and driving outcomes across internal and client stakeholders
• Build executive-quality materials (decks, memos, models) for use with C-suite audiences at Rogo and at the world's largest financial institutions
• Serve as a connective tissue across product, GTM, partnerships, and client teams - surfacing what is working, where we are stuck, and what needs to change
• Help scaffold the Rogo Transformation team over time, with a clear path to take ownership of client transformation engagements as the function grows

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in one of these areas:
• Investment banking with strategy exposure
• Management consulting with financial institutions
• Chief of staff at a high-growth startup up
• Strong commercial and strategic instincts paired with the willingness and ability to be in the weeds - building the deck, running the model, owning the tracker
• Intellectually nimble: able to absorb a new domain quickly, form a point of view, and pressure-test it with senior operators
• Excellent project management instincts - comfortable holding multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines without losingi the thread
• Polished executive presence and communication; credible in rooms with senior executives at Rogo and at large financial institutions
• AI-native: uses AI tools fluently every day and is excited to push the frontier of how AI changes financial services
• Thrives in zero-to-one environments - comfortable building structure from ambiguity and rolling up your sleeves to do whatever the moment requires
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) New York and excited to work in-office alongside the team
