Job description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for facilitating an exceptional experience to our prospective candidates in our pursuit to secure top talent. In this role you will partner closely with recruiters to ensure that candidates are seamlessly transitioned through all stages of the interview process.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

In this role you will:

  • Act as point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process and provide a great candidate experience.
  • Handle heavy, complex interview scheduling that may consist of candidate travel, offsite meetings or video conferencing.
  • Provide timely follow-up on talent pipelines by managing our Applicant Tracking System
  • Communicate professionally and tactfully, treating all candidates with the highest level of confidentiality and customer service.
  • Prepare and deliver employment offer letters and other related documents with a high attention to detail.
  • Create job postings and advertisements to market positions consistently and effectively.
  • Plan, prepare and conduct recruiting related events in person or virtually.
  • Assist in recruiting, programs and diversity related projects as needed.

Physical/Mental Demands:

  • Developing strategic mindset, business acumen, good executive presence, strong communications skills and influencing capabilities.
  • Experienced professional supporting HR functional programs including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Succession Planning, Organizational Development, Diversity and Inclusion, and Change Management.
  • Ability to work effectively across service and clinical lines.
  • Ability to work independently, with limited direct supervision.
  • Strong team orientation and ability to collaborate with other HR members and business leaders/managers.
  • Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel is required.


Education/Training Requirements:

  • A high school diploma is required, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 1+ year of experience in a related position with complex candidate communication and scheduling.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems or similar tools for documentation and reports.
  • Experience creating job advertisements, social media posts or online ads.
  • Experience with high volume interview scheduling, career fairs, campus recruiting and event planning.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership and drive.
  • Discretion and sound judgement, with ability to interact with all levels of candidates and leaders within our organization.
