Responsibilities

- Assist with planning and execution of projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
- Support internal communications, including email updates, reports, and documentation
- Track and process expenses, invoices, and budget-related items
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to operations and participation
- Assist with onboarding and orientation efforts for new team members or stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to increase efficiency
- Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3–5+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or coordination roles (nonprofit or association experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Close attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to interact professionally with a variety of stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with project coordination, committees, or leadership teams is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
