Rockland Manufacturing is a family-owned business with two facilities located in Bedford, PA and another in Seguin, TX. We proudly produce over 200 high-quality, custom heavy equipment attachments - all made in the USA! Our success is built on skilled craftsmanship, teamwork, and people who take pride in what they do.

Roles We Commonly Hire For
(1st & 2nd Shift Opportunities)
- Welders
Weld and fabricate components while following blueprints, safety standards, and quality expectations.
- Fitter Fabricators
Read drawings and fit components together in preparation for welding and final assembly.
- Final Assembly Technicians
Assemble finished products and ensure all components meet specifications and quality standards.
- Steel Yard Operators
Cut and form parts, safely handle, move, and organize steel materials to support production operations.
- Maintenance Technicians
Maintain and repair equipment and facilities to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
