Canadian Rock Busters Ltd. is looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Representative to help grow our expanding grout and equipment rental business throughout Canada and the United States.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a rewarding career in B2B sales while working with an established company serving the construction, mining, quarrying, demolition, and civil infrastructure industries.
What You'll Do
- Develop new business opportunities across Canada and the USA.
- Promote Rock Busters' expanding grout products and equipment rental services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and industrial clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries and prepare quotations.
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales.
- Maintain customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Identify new markets and contribute ideas to grow the business.
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate or diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Confident, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Zoho CRM is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
