Technical Writer/Editor (Full Time)

Our flagship product, Hire2Retire, automates the employee identity lifecycle by integrating HR systems with Active Directory and other IT systems, helping organizations achieve seamless onboarding, compliance, and security.

This role is focused on creating and maintaining clear, accurate documentation and technical content for RoboMQ’s products, with a primary focus on Hire2Retire. In addition to product documentation, you will contribute to whitepapers and solution-focused content like marketplace listings and product demo scripts. Much of our product docs content is maintained in GitHub, so comfort with version-controlled documentation is important.

Write and maintain Hire2Retire documentation, including user guides, feature explanations, and configuration steps

Review existing content and improve clarity, structure, and accuracy where needed

Whitepapers & Solution Content

Content Quality & Consistency

Ensure content is accurate, actionable, and easy to follow for both technical and semi-technical users

Identify gaps, outdated content, or unclear sections and propose improvements

3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in a SaaS, enterprise software, or B2B technology environment.

Proven experience writing:

Product documentation, demo video scripts and user guides

Technical or solution-focused long-form content (whitepapers, explainers)

Hands-on experience working with GitHub for documentation (Markdown, pull requests, version history)

Experience documenting integrations involving HR systems, directories (Active Directory / Entra), or SaaS applications

High-impact role with ownership over core product documentation and technical content.
