Bilingual (French and English) User Experience (UX) Designer III

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Bilingual (French and English) User Experience (UX) Designer III to join our clientin support of an existingvacancy.

Contract Period: 8 months with potential to extend or convert

Pay Rate: Starting from $50 per hour

Location: Toronto, ON

Location Type: Hybrid

Business Hours: Monday-Friday;9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Primarily designing mobile customer applications, including native iOS and Android design patterns in complement to design for desktop, ensuring mobile priorities are clearly represented and aligned with business goals
• Collaborate upstream in support of research and design exploration to inform experience improvements
• Deliver design artifacts, such as flow diagrams and wireframes with particular attention to navigation, gestures, and mobile touch targets and consistent adherence to our design system
• Participate in user tests to inform and refine design solutions
• Continuously update your knowledge of next-generation mobile experiences, emerging technologies, and innovative design practices

Experience & Qualification Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years of product design experience, working with a cross-functional team
• Proven expertise in native app design for iOS and Android platforms
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and standards
• Conversant in end-to-end digital product design process, from concepts and prototypes to detailed design
• Proficiency in design tools such as, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Clear communication with the ability to articulate design ideas effectively
• Familiarity with agile project management processes and platforms
• French/English bilingualism
