Roberts & Obradovic Law is a boutique employment law firm focused exclusively on representing employees across Ontario. We are growing and looking to add an Employment Lawyer to our team.

We welcome new graduates and experienced lawyers who want to build a career in employment law, work on real cases, and be part of a firm where your work genuinely matters.

This is not a background role. From day one, you’ll be working on active employment law files, interacting with clients, and developing practical, hands-on experience in a focused practice. If you’re motivated, curious, and want responsibility—not just time on a file—you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do

• Work on a steady stream of employment law matters, including wrongful dismissal, terminations, constructive dismissal, and workplace disputes
• Take ownership of files with support from experienced lawyers and a strong intake team
• Draft pleadings, correspondence, and settlement materials
• Negotiate severance and settlement outcomes for clients
• Appear before courts, tribunals, mediations, and arbitrations as your experience grows
• Work directly with clients during pivotal moments in their careers
• Collaborate closely with paralegals and intake staff to move files efficiently

Pay: $63,143.81-$150,000.00 per year
