User Experience (UX) Designer

Robert Half’s marketing & creative client is seeking a UX Designer in the Greater Boston area. This is a remote, 40-hour-per-week; candidates must be willing and able to work eastern (ET) hours. The UX Designer help shape the development and design of a custom web-based application. They will play a key hands-on and advisory role in translating business workflows and operational needs into an intuitive user experience. Key Responsibilities:Design user interfaces and workflows for a web platformTranslate requirements into wireframes and prototypesEstablish consistent navigation, layout, and visual patternsReview and improve existing internal pages for usabilityCreate customer-facing pages and prep for user testingDevelop platform visual identity and design systemCollaborate with engineers and business stakeholdersPresent and explain design concepts and decisions
