Systems Sr Engineer

• Design, implement, and manage scalable IT infrastructure that meets organizational and regional requirements.
• Standardize systems and processes across different regions to enhance reliability and security.
• Integrate and manage hybrid environments, including on-premises and cloud-based solutions such as Azure and VMware.
• Collaborate with regional IT teams to address unique challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
• Act as the primary escalation point for critical technical issues across time zones.
• Monitor system performance and optimize configurations to meet diverse user and network demands.
• Oversee backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes to ensure business continuity.
• Lead cross-region IT infrastructure projects, ensuring consistent execution and adherence to standards.
• Implement and maintain robust security protocols to safeguard organizational data.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and infrastructure standards.
