Role Overview
The Manager, Solution Delivery is a senior project manager responsible for delivering Performance Management initiatives across the Finance function and supported business areas. This role leads complex, cross-functional projects and ensures finance platforms are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business needs.
Key Responsibilities – Project Delivery
- Lead delivery of Performance Management platforms, including EPM implementations
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors across time zones
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage risks and dependencies
Product & Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner with Product Owners to align delivery to roadmaps
- Translate backlogs into project plans and releases
- Support UAT, release readiness, and deployment
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of financial processes
- Agile and Waterfall delivery experience
- Experience with EPM tools (OneStream or similar)
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
