Job Title: Senior Full Stack Software Engineer / Software Architect

Location: West Hollywood, CA (Onsite)

Compensation: 250,000 - 350,000

Schedule: Onsite with flexible working hours

We're partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing technology company looking to add a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer / Architect to their engineering team. What You'll Do

• Architect and develop scalable, production-grade applications from the ground up.
• Own technical design decisions across both frontend and backend systems.
• Build modern full-stack applications with an emphasis on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Design APIs, backend services, databases, and cloud-based architectures.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate ideas into production software.
• Mentor engineers and help establish engineering best practices.
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies where appropriate.
• Participate in architectural discussions and influence long-term technical strategy.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience designing and building applications from scratch in startup or high-growth environments.
• Strong architecture and system design experience.
• Excellent full-stack development skills.
• Strong Python development experience.
• Working knowledge of Java (does not need to be an expert).
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, or similar).
• Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Comfortable working across the entire technology stack.
• Technology agnostic mindset—you choose the best tool for the problem rather than being tied to one language or framework.
• Experience building scalable, customer-facing products.
• Exposure to AI/ML integrations or modern developer tooling.
• Strongly preferred CS degree but must have BS degree minimum to be considered

Nice to Have

• Startup experience.
• Experience building SaaS platforms or complex web applications.
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Containerization and CI/CD experience.
