Our Client is looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join their team in Ottawa, Ontario. In this role, you will manage and enhance Salesforce systems while supporting integration and automation across enterprise applications. This hybrid position requires strong technical expertise and the ability to create scalable solutions tailored to business needs.Salesforce Platform OwnershipAdminister, configure, and enhance the Salesforce environment (Sales Cloud and related modules)Manage roles, profiles, permission sets, and security controlsDevelop reports, dashboards, flows, and workflow automationsSupport ongoing platform optimization and governanceCollaborate with business SMEs to gather requirements and deliver solutionsAPI & Integration DevelopmentDesign and support API-driven integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systemsWork with middleware solutions (MuleSoft preferred) to enable real-time and batch data exchangeSupport integrations with systems such as PSA tools, HRIS platforms (e.g., Ceridian/Dayforce), and other enterprise applicationsEnsure interoperability, scalability, and secure data movementPartner with internal and external MuleSoft support resources as neededIntelligent Automation & Systems EnablementIdentify opportunities to streamline processes through automationTranslate conceptual business needs into practical, technical solutionsImprove data quality, reduce manual processes, and enhance reporting accuracy
