Sales Manager, Western Canada

Our client is a growing organization within the technology solutions sector, serving customers across Western Canada. They are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead regional sales initiatives, develop high-performing teams, strengthen customer relationships, and support continued business growth.

This position supports customers and operations throughout Western Canada and requires regular travel within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share, revenue, and customer acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends to support growth initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Provide coaching and performance management to inside and field sales professionals.
• Monitor forecasting, pipeline activity, sales performance, and key regional metrics.
• Deliver regular sales reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, product, and customer service teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Represent the organization at customer meetings, presentations, and industry events.
• Evaluate sales data, market conditions, and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Experience within the technology sector is considered an asset.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately throughout Western Canada.
