Location: North York, Ontario Job Type: Full-Time Department: RetailPosition OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced and polished Sales Floor Manager to lead daily sales floor operations in a luxury retail environment. This position is responsible for driving sales performance, elevating the client experience, supporting team development, and ensuring operational excellence across the store. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in luxury retail management, a passion for client service, and the ability to lead a high-performing team with professionalism and attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesSales LeadershipLead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.Deliver an elevated client experience that reflects the standards of a luxury retail environment.Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients and support high-value sales opportunities.Assist sales associates with client inquiries, closing strategies, and CRM usage.Ensure all client communication across phone, email, and text is timely, professional, and aligned with service expectations.Maintain strong knowledge of product collections, features, and new launches, while supporting team education and product confidence.Partner with leadership to resolve escalated client issues effectively and professionally.Team Leadership and DevelopmentSupervise and mentor the sales team on client engagement, product knowledge, and service standards.Conduct ongoing coaching, performance reviews, and development planning.Foster a collaborative, positive, and results-driven team culture.Support staffing plans, scheduling, and daily sales floor coverage.Assist with recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new team members.Ensure employees complete all required training and achieve expected standards.Store OperationsOversee day-to-day sales floor operations to ensure smooth workflow and a seamless customer experience.Maintain visual merchandising, presentation standards, and overall store appearance.Monitor inventory presentation, stock handling practices, and security procedures.Support adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards.Track daily sales activity, client follow-up, CRM updates, and operational reporting.Assist with in-store events, launches, and VIP appointments.Partner with leadership on process improvements and business initiatives.Perform other related duties as needed.
