We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to support front desk coverage for the sales department. This contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, managing daily administrative tasks, and providing dependable office support. The person in this role will help maintain smooth day-to-day operations and may be asked to arrive early during the onboarding period to complete training.Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous manner while serving as the first point of contact for the sales office.
- Manage front desk coverage during assigned shifts and ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable throughout the day.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, relay messages accurately, and respond to routine inquiries courteously.
- Provide administrative assistance to the sales department by handling basic clerical tasks and supporting office coordination needs.
- Monitor visitor access and follow established office procedures for check-in and general front desk operations.
- Arrive ahead of scheduled shifts when needed during the initial training period to learn workflows and office expectations.
