Job Description
We are recruiting for a Project Manager for our client. This is a contract role, with remote work primarily yet available for in person management meetings in Toronto
Key Responsibilities
- Lead current-state assessment of BI tools, data sources, reports, and workflows
- Facilitate discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders
- Gather and document business and technical requirements
- Define a future-state BI vision, operating model, and governance approach
- Develop a phased BI implementation roadmap
Key Deliverables
- Current-state BI assessment
- Consolidated requirements
- Future-state BI vision and operating model
- BI implementation roadmap
- Completed RFP and procurement process
- Selected consultant/vendor
- Coordinated and tracked Digital Strategy workplan
- Executive-ready updates and summaries
Must-Have Experience
- Project management of BI / analytics initiatives
- Experience in BI discovery and planning
- Experience in Data Warehouse implementation
- Working knowledge of Microsoft BI tools (Power BI required)
- Strong facilitation and documentation skills
- Experience managing SaaS implementations
- Strong vendor coordination and stakeholder management
