Project Manager (BI & SaaS) - Remote - Contract

We are recruiting for a Project Manager for our client. This is a contract role, with remote work primarily yet available for in person management meetings in Toronto

Key Responsibilities

• Lead current-state assessment of BI tools, data sources, reports, and workflows
• Facilitate discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders
• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Define a future-state BI vision, operating model, and governance approach
• Develop a phased BI implementation roadmap

Key Deliverables

• Current-state BI assessment
• Consolidated requirements
• Future-state BI vision and operating model
• BI implementation roadmap
• Completed RFP and procurement process
• Selected consultant/vendor
• Coordinated and tracked Digital Strategy workplan
• Executive-ready updates and summaries

Must-Have Experience

• Project management of BI / analytics initiatives
• Experience in BI discovery and planning
• Experience in Data Warehouse implementation
• Working knowledge of Microsoft BI tools (Power BI required)
• Strong facilitation and documentation skills
• Experience managing SaaS implementations
• Strong vendor coordination and stakeholder management
