Robert Half has a new direct-hire opportunity a detail-oriented and dependable HR & Payroll Coordinator to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for managing and processing payroll with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality, while also providing essential support across general HR functions.The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where precision and professionalism are critical.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Administration (Primary Focus)Process a weekly payroll accurately and on timeMaintain payroll records, including earnings, deductions, and tax withholdingsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour lawsReconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepanciesCoordinate with benefits providers regarding deductions and contributionsPrepare payroll-related reports for leadership and financeAssist with year-end processing (W-2s, audits, reporting)HR Support (Secondary Focus)Assist with onboarding and offboarding processesMaintain employee records and HRIS data integritySupport benefits administration and employee inquiriesHelp coordinate performance review cycles and employee communicationsAssist with policy updates and compliance trackingProvide general administrative support to the HR department
