This role involves managing full-cycle payroll processes and ensuring accurate and timely payment for employees across our organization. • Calculate and process employee benefits, deductions, and other payroll adjustments.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare and issue payroll reports to management for review and analysis.
• Collaborate with human resources to update employee records and ensure accurate data.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and adhere to organizational data security protocols.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation related to payroll.
• Stay updated on changes to payroll legislation and best practices to ensure compliance.
