Network Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on Network Engineer to join the team on a 4 month contract to start. The Ideal candidate will have experience with network design, integration, implementation, and troubleshooting initiatives. The consultant will collaborate closely with other network engineers in a growing environment. This is a contract role, on site (4 days a week) located in Vaughn, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

• Design network solutions across multiple manufacturers and platforms
• Assess and support integration of client networks into the broader enterprise environment
• Build out and implement network infrastructure
• Troubleshoot network issues and provide hands-on technical support
• Participate in support and escalation calls with manufacturers
• Collaborate with the network team on project delivery and operational needs
• Provide practical support and confident execution within a younger team environment

Required Experience

• Proven experience in network engineering or network consulting
• Strong hands-on experience with network design, implementation, and troubleshooting
• Experience with: Cisco, Aruba, Cisco Meraki, Fortinet
• Ability to work across multiple vendor environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
