Inside Sales / Account Manager - Full-time, Permanent | 100% In-Office Role
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales / Account Manager to manage and grow long-term client relationships in a consultative, relationship-driven environment. Success is measured through trust, consistency, and long-term growth—not volume or pressure tactics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, thoughtful client conversations, and building something meaningful over time.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients across North America Serve as a primary point of contact, guiding clients from initial conversation through delivery Help clients clarify their real needs and guide them toward the most appropriate solutions Maintain long-term relationships through thoughtful, proactive follow-up and outreach
Inside Sales & Business Development
Grow existing accounts through relationship-led business development Identify new business opportunities through research, referrals, and ongoing conversations Collaborate with leadership to define achievable, meaningful growth targets Represent offerings with credibility, empathy, and a deep understanding of client objectives
Account Ownership & Collaboration
Take full ownership of assigned accounts and outcomes Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a high-quality experience for all parties Contribute to team success through collaboration, transparency, and shared accountability
Organization & Systems
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce Stay organized across timelines, communications, and follow-ups Use digital tools and research to support client conversations and decision-making
Who You Are

Experience & Background
5+ years of professional experience preferred Proven ability to grow accounts or bring in new business through relationships Inside sales experience strongly preferred Backgrounds that translate well include: Small business or client service Real estate or advisory roles Operations, office management, or hospitality
Tools & Technology
Strong digital mindset and research skills Salesforce experience required Comfortable working in a well-established, system-driven environment
