About the Role
We’re seeking a hands-on Level 1 IT Support Analyst for a temporary contract role based in Belleville, ON. This position provides day-to-day technical support in a Microsoft-focused environment, supporting end users across a wide range of devices, applications, and systems. This is a great opportunity for an individual that is eager in improving their technical skills and looking to gain new experiences within a successful technical environment! What You’ll Do
- Provide Level 1 technical support to onsite and remote users
- Handle 12+ IT support tickets daily; troubleshoot promptly and effectively
- Manage user onboarding/offboarding, account setup, and group policy updates
- Support Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, software, connectivity, and printer issues
- Provide mobile device support (Apple, Android, Samsung, Google) via MDM tools
- Work with the MSP partner and IT Director to maintain the Microsoft tenant and follow IT best practices
What You Bring
- Experience with:
- MS 365 / Microsoft ecosystem
- Intune & Active Directory
- Cloud-based systems
- Windows OS
- MDM for Apple/Android/Samsung/Google
- Exchange & SharePoint
- Strong hardware/software troubleshooting ability
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and resolve multiple tickets daily
- Service-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills
