We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team in New York, New York. In this role, you will provide technical expertise and support to ensure seamless operation across various devices and systems. - Provide technical support for Mac computers, Apple devices, and associated hardware.
- Manage and configure devices using MDM technologies such as Jamf Pro.
- Administer user accounts and permissions via tools like Okta.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware, software, and audio-visual systems.
- Ensure proper setup and maintenance of devices through configuration management.
- Assist with deployment and management of Rippling software.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and address technical challenges.
- Deliver timely and effective solutions to enhance user experience.
- Document and track support requests to maintain accurate records.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies to improve support services.
