Functional Business Analyst

THE ROLE:Our client is seeking an experienced Functional Business Analyst (Sage 300) for an exciting contract engagement. Working closely with stakeholders across the organization, you will play a key role in evaluating existing workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the optimization of Sage 300. You will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring system enhancements align with organizational objectives and deliver measurable value.Key Responsibilities:Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and system utilizationGather, document, and validate business and functional requirements for system enhancements and process improvementsCollaborate with finance and operational teams to optimize Sage 300 functionality and workflowsSupport ERP upgrades, integrations, testing activities, and implementation initiativesFacilitate user acceptance testing and assist with issue resolutionDevelop reports, process documentation, and user guidesDeliver end-user training and support change management initiativesPartner with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and drive continuous improvementABOUT YOU:You are a collaborative and solutions-oriented Business Analyst who thrives in environments where technology and business processes intersect.
