We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Mitchellville, Maryland. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing effective online marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement and lead generation.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to enhance online visibility.
• Create and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all digital channels.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.
• Provide detailed reports and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders.
• Manage budgets for digital campaigns, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum ROI.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in using Google AdWords to create and manage effective campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing strategies and tools.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve marketing performance.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets and optimizing ad spend.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.

Compensation

$23.75-$27.50 Hourly
