• Process customer refunds and vendor payments in a timely and precise manner.
• Manage the processing of invoices, including tax payments, while adhering to financial guidelines.
• Assist with month-end tasks such as journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Act as backup support for team members and provide assistance to the Customer Accounting Supervisor as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to investigate and resolve accounting-related issues.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by suggesting and implementing effective changes.
• Provide necessary documentation and information during audit processes to support compliance.
• Uphold high standards of accuracy and organization in all financial activities.
