As a Bartender reporting to the General Manager, you will be an ambassador for the Hell’s Kitchen brand. With at least 5 years of experience in bartending, you will craft cocktails, assist guests with drink choices, and maintain the bar's cleanliness. Your commitment to quality and friendly service will create memorable experiences for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare bar for service, stocking all necessary supplies
• Engage with guests and present beverage menus
• Craft and serve cocktails, beer, and wine efficiently
• Check identification for responsible alcohol service
• Tabulate and handle all payment transactions accurately

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in bartending
• AGLC ProServe/Protect certification mandatory
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
• Willingness to learn new recipes and participate in team efforts
