Profile: Jr.Accountant-Digital Textile Printing-Surat-3.8 LPA
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance operations
- Experience handling purchase invoices, sales invoices, and accounting entries
- Familiarity with ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial record management
- Experience using Excel for reports, data analysis, and account tracking
Salary Range: ₹22,000 - ₹32,000 per month
Roles:
- Perform day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Enter and maintain accurate financial records in Tally
- Handle purchase invoice and sales invoice entries
- Manage data entry related to accounts, expenses, and transactions
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers
- Prepare and update MIS reports using Excel
- Assist in bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
- Support GST documentation and record maintenance
- Verify invoices, bills, and payment records for accuracy
- Organize and maintain accounting files and financial documents
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing, payments, and invoice-related matters
- Assist senior accounts personnel in daily finance and accounting operations
Qualification:
- B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel
- Basic understanding of GST, taxation, and accounting principles
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
