Role Description This full-time Inside Sales Representative role is an on-site position based in Trichy. The Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage prospective and existing clients, and qualify leads to support the sales pipeline. Daily responsibilities include conducting product and service presentations, following up on leads, coordinating with marketing and account management teams, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role involves building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and aligning solutions to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth. The Inside Sales Representative will also support sales campaigns, meet or exceed targets, and contribute feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales experience, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle and work toward defined targets.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship building, and clear communication.
- Lead Generation capabilities, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and nurturing leads through follow-up.
- Account Management skills to maintain ongoing client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and support retention.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confident phone and video call presence.
- Comfort using CRM and sales tools to track activities, update records, and generate basic reports.
